Validity Studies Submissions of studies investigating the validity of such selection techniques as interviews, assessment centers, biodata, ability tests, personality tests, and work samples are strongly encouraged. These studies will allow validation information to be shared with colleagues and provide data to be used for future meta-analyses. Studies without significant results are as welcome as those with statistical significance. Validity studies should be 2-4 pages in length and follow the format shown in the two sample articles below.
